CANCELLATIONS/LATE ARRIVALS:

 

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. We will be understanding and work with you.  However, if you do not call or leave a voice/text message for your cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, the following policies will take effect:

 

* 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule that appointment time.  If you are unable to give us 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service.  This amount must be paid before any future services will be provided.  

 

**Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for any service, we may require that your appointment be rescheduled.  Appointments rescheduled will be charged 50% of the treatment price and payment will be expected before the rescheduled treatment.  If you are not ready or not available for your Mobile Massage/Spa appointment upon arrival of the therapist, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment, you will be responsible for the full session price.  Out of respect for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly.

***Groupon:  All services, including Groupon, require a credit card or a voucher number/redemption code to hold your reservation.  Your voucher will be redeemed the day of your scheduled appointment.  If we do not have a valid or active voucher number, a credit card is required.  In lieu of a credit card, your voucher/redemption code  will be utilized for the amount due for NO-Show, late cancel or rescheduled appointments.  Please adhere to our cancellation policy above.
