COVID- 19 SAFETY MEASURES
Here is what we are doing:
*All services are by appointment only. We will be sure to space treatments out so that there are no more than 2 guests inside our studio at the same time, to allow for social distancing.
*There are three treatment rooms. Rooms will be rotated if necessary so that guests will not be seen back to back in the same room. If a room has been used, it will not be used again for at least one hour. The treatment rooms are cleaned before and after each client. The office is cleaned after each appointment. We use hospital grade virucide.
*We have medical grade air filtration units to remove viruses and bacteria from the air.
*We are still able to provide clients with extra padding on the tables. Soft surfaces on tables are covered with vinyl which can be disinfected.
*Any pillows used during service times will be fitted with disposable plastic covers and a pillow covering that will be changed out and washed after each use.
*Face cradles are covered with plastic covering which will be thoroughly cleaned after each client. Face cradles are also fitted with cloth to capture droplets from the mouth or nose when the client is face down.
*Each therapist will have their temperatures taken daily. If we exhibit any signs of illness or have been exposed to anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, we will call you and cancel/reschedule your appointment. We ask that if you are sick or exhibiting signs of illness to please notify us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment.
*We will not visit any “hot spots” or expose ourselves to anyone who has traveled outside of the country or visited any “hot spots.”
*Your therapist can wear gloves at your request.
*Your therapist will be wearing a cloth mask during massage treatments. A face shield and cloth mask will be worn during facial treatments. Face coverings are required, by law, to be worn when entering our building.
*All linens are washed in hot water & medical grade detergent and kept in closed containers, cabinets.
*Payment requests can be sent to your phone so there's no need to touch the keypad terminal for payment.
